Here are some points to consider when starting intermittent fasting:

  • Before starting intermittent fasting, it is important to consult a nutritionist or health professional to make sure that this type of diet is right for you. If you have never intermittently fasted before, we recommend that you start with a shorter fasting period, such as 12 h, before moving on to the longer and more popular fasting period of 16 h.

  • Stay hydrated. Whether it's fasting or any other type of diet, it's important to drink enough water to maintain good health.

  • Don't fast for too long. It is not recommended to fast for longer than 24-72 h. Try to follow the most popular fasting schedule, such as 16:8.
